Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clarion Inn Branson and RigaTony’s Murder Mystery Dinner Show Branson

1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all package reservations that include both hotel accommodations at the Clarion Inn Branson and admission to RigaTony’s Murder Mystery Dinner Show Branson (“the Package”). The Package is sold as a single, non-divisible product and may not be separated or partially canceled.

2. Cancellation and Refund Terms
a. Cancellations must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to the guest’s scheduled check-in date.
b. Cancellations must be made by contacting the Clarion Inn Branson directly by calling 417-334-7666.
c. Cancellations received within this timeframe will be refunded to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.
d. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in, or failure to arrive (“no-show”), will result in forfeiture of all funds paid, and the reservation shall be deemed non-refundable.
e. No partial refunds shall be issued for unused portions of the Package, including but not limited to show tickets, accommodations, or amenities.

3. Rescheduling
Guests may reschedule their Package reservation, subject to availability, provided that the request is made at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of check-in will be treated as cancellations and will not qualify for a refund.

4. Booking Source
This policy applies exclusively to reservations made directly with Clarion Inn Branson or RigaTony’s Murder Mystery Dinner Show Branson through their official websites or authorized phone lines. Reservations booked through third-party vendors or travel partners are not covered by this policy.

5. Force Majeure and Exceptions
The property and show do not grant exceptions to this policy for personal emergencies, illness, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond the guest’s control.

6. Acknowledgment
By completing a Package reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
